o Attached to the Registration form is the Grand Canyon trip on Thursday sign-up sheet (please, indicate which of the 2 tours you wish) (details).
o The Registration Form also includes a Rawhide Wild West evening on Monday.
o AFDE2003 participants will have free access to the IGS2003 presentations, breaks, lunches. They only may need to order a copy of the IGS proceedings.
Payment Options:
o Using Registration form: Provide your payment information on IGS2003 the registration form. (Your credit card statement will show a charge by IGS2003).
o Online payment. Please, fax/email also your IGS2003 Registration form but indicate that the payment was done online. (Your credit card statement this will show a charge by REGONLINE.COM).
