Application to Best Paper Student Award Competition

Graduate students, in good standing and currently pursuing a graduate degree at a degree-granting institution, are welcome to participate in the Best Paper Student Award Competition. Please submit the following information, together with your 4-page paper, at time of submission (for any questions please contact the Conference Chair Prof. Jose L. Contreras-Vidal at pepeum@umd.edu):

1.    Student applying for the Award should be both the First author in the paper and the Presenting author at the conference.

2.    Signed letter (in letterhead) of graduate research advisor indicating the role(s) of the student in the work to be presented at IGS2011.
