IMPORTANT Each paper must have at least one author with full registration to be included in the proceedings. Each full registration covers (without extra cost) a maximum of two papers. Papers that do not have an associated full registered author will not be included in the conference program and in the proceedings. The deadline for author registration is April 30, 2017, so be sure to register by that time to ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings.
